Directions

  • Submit a request for the show you want to photograph by emailing: nathan@therecordmachine.net

  • All requests should be placed as far in advance as possible.

  • Please don’t submit for more than two shows a month/

  • Once confirmed for the show, please show up one hour before the show to pick up a GA Wristband. The wristband must be picked up by the assigned photographer to the show, and they need to show a Photo ID to receive the wristband

  • Within 24 hours after the show, please submit your top 20-25 photos on the form below with all images in a Google Drive or Dropbox folder with the Date and Headliner name on it, and then place each band you photographed in a folder with their name on it.

  • We will credit all photographers on Instagram with the supplied username.

Rules

  • There is no entry to roped-off areas, including the balcony; only photograph from the balcony is open for GA Events.

  • Please be mindful of patrons and appropriate with trying to get your photos.

  • If a bouncer gets complaints about a photographer, we reserve the right to bounce you from the show and kick you out of the program.

  • No flash photography is allowed.

  • Limit photography of Headlining or Touring Bands to the first three songs only.

  • Portrait and Landscape Photos only

  • If a photographer cannot make an event, they need to give a week's notice or potentially risk being removed from the program.

  • If a photographer doesn't submit photos, they risk being removed from the program.
